Payment in Japanese yen is strongly encouraged through the Japanese Secretariat by the use of internationally recognized credit cards. However, for special cases where payment in US dollars is more convenient or required, please remit payment through the US Secretariat. Please contact the US Secretariat concerning any unusual circumstances or methods of payments.

REGISTRATION FEE

The symposium registration fee covers the symposium attendance, a copy of the technical digest, one CD-Rom, breakfasts, coffee breaks, reception and dinner. Student registration fee of each symposium does not include dinner. This fee will be applied on or before May 16 and on-site. Extra copies of the technical digest (¥7,000) and dinner tickets (¥6,000) will be available at the registration desk for an additional fee.

CANCELLATION
If written notice of cancellation reaches the Japanese Secretariat:
 
On or before May 16		 Cancellation fee, ¥5,000 or US$45, will be deducted before refunding the fee.
  After May 16 No refund. A copy of the digest will be sent after the symposium.
