A Fully Integrated Low-IF Image Reject Receiver for
T-DMB and DAB Applications

 

Abstract
This paper describes a fully integrated low-IF image reject receiver for triple-band T-DMB and DAB applications. The receiver features an efficient LO frequency planning with a single wideband VCO. Fabricated in a 0.25um BiCMOS process, the receiver shows a NF of less than 2dB, a sensitivity of lower than -100dBm, and a maximum input level of 10dBm with 100mW power consumption. The image rejection of the receiver is over 50dB.
