A 0.2mm2, 27Mbps 3mW ADC/FFT-less FDM BAN
receiver with energy exploitation capability

 

Abstract

A 27-Mbps ADC-and-FFT-less FDM receiver was developed with sustaining sensitivity comparable to that of, for example, Bluetooth standards with Rx power dissipation of 3mW. Furthermore, we have successfully demonstrated energy-exploitation capability from the power of unused FDM signals and interferences.
