Airport Transfers

The Hilton Hawaiian Village recommends – CHARLEY’S TAXI (2 service options):

VIP FULL-SERVICE AIRPORT PACKAGE

  • Transportation from the airport to Hilton Hawaiian Village (variety of vehicle options)
  • Driver will meet your party with a luggage cart and a Paging Sign displaying your party’s name
  • Receive a Departure Reminder Card noting your return pick-up time
  • Leis are available for an extra charge.
  • Due to high demand, make your reservation at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Transportation from the airport to Hilton Hawaiian Village in a stylish SUV without VIP service.

The VLSI 2024 mobile app is NOW AVAILABLE. You can download the mobile app or use the online program to gain instant access to:

  • View the event agenda and login plan your personal schedule
  • See session times, location and speaker info
  • Browse events/sessions
  • Connect with other attendees – create and converse through the Networking tool
  • Receive updates such as last-minute session changes from the organizers
  • Beginning June 16 at 11 am HST, the online program and mobile app will be include access to pdf presentations and papers directly within the session listings.
  • Video recording will be available beginning Monday, June 24 at 8:00 AM ET.

After downloading, use the same email address used for registration and your badge id (per your registration confirmation) to create or login to your mobile/online account.
