REGISTRATION INFORMATION
The VLSI Symposia encourages all participants to register online. All payments must be made in Japanese Yen by credit card or bank transfer.
If you wish to register by FAX or by MAIL, please complete the "FAX registration form" which may be downloaded from the bottom of the page and send it to the Japanese Secretariat.To avoid any trouble, please DO NOT do register more than once.
Advance registration is encouraged. The deadline for the Early Registration is May13. After May 14, and on or before May 31, registration will be processed only at the Late Registration fee. The final advance registration deadline is May 31, 2009. After May 31 please register on-site.

(2) Payment
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen by credit card or bank transfer. Please complete the payments no later than May 13 for the Early Registration. The Late Registration fees are requested to be paid before May 31, 2009.

3. Bank draft or company check in Japanese Yen payable to the order of VLSI Symposia. Personal checks are not acceptable.
Only cash (Japanese Yen) or credit cards will be accepted at the onsite Registration Desk.
(3) Cancellation
If written notice of cancellation reaches the Japanese Secretariat:

5,000 yen plus bank handling charge
After May 31, 2009:
100% of the amount of payment (no refund) A copy of the digest will be sent after the Symposia.
All refunds will be made after the Symposia.
A bank handling charge will be deducted from the amount of refund respectively. |
