Online Registration

REGISTRATION INFORMATION - Advance registration is now closed.

The VLSI Symposia again offers online registration. All who wish to attend the 2012 VLSI Symposia and Short Courses should register online. All payments must be made in US dollars by credit card. There is no payment in Japanese Yen.

By Mail or Fax: If you wish to register by Mail or Fax, you may access the pdf of the registration form at the bottom of the screen. All payments must be in US dollars, only checks drawn on a US bank will be accepted, no payments in yen and no bank transfers will be accepted.

Advance registration is encouraged. The deadline for advance registration is May 30, 2012 (9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard time). After May 30, 2012 please register on-site. If you decide to register on-site, then there is a one time fee of $75.00 in addition to your registration fees.

(1) Registration Fee

This year the Symposia will not be handing out a printed digest. The Technology Digest and the Circuits Digest will be on a combined USB.

*Student registration fee for Symposium on VLSI Technology and Circuits includes the Joint Banquet.

(2) Payment
All payments must be made in US dollars by credit card. VLSI accepts American Express, Mastercard and Visa. Please complete the payments no later than May 30 for the Advance Registration. After May 30 you must register on-site. For registering on-site, VLSI will accept credit cards, checks drawn on a US bank in US dollars and cash.

(3) Cancellation
In order to receive a refund, you must notify the Secretariat USA in writing no later than May 30. There is a cancellation fee of $30.00.

After May 30, there will be no refund. Your materials will sent after the Symposia.All refunds will be made after the Symposia.
