2002 SYMPOSIUM ON VLSI TECHNOLOGY

Hilton Hawaiian Village
Honolulu, HI
June 11-13, 2002

The 2002 Symposium on VLSI Technology welcomes submission of papers on all aspects of VLSI technology.
The scope of the symposium is:
  • new concepts and breakthroughs in VLSI devices and processes
  • new functional devices including quantum effect devices with possible VLSI implementation
  • materials innovation for MOSFET and interconnect in VLSI
  • advanced lithography and fine patterning technologies for high density VLSI
  • process/device modeling of VLSI devices
  • packaging and reliability of VLSI devices
  • theories and fundamentals related to the above devices
  • new concepts and technologies for VLSI manufacturing

SUBMISSION OF PAPERS

Prospective authors must submit summaries in the format of two pages of camera-ready copy. Those interested in submitting papers should contact the secretariat, as early as possible, to receive an author's kit. The summaries are to be submitted in final form and, if accepted, will be published as submitted. The 2 camera-ready copies of the two-page summary and 52 DOUBLE-SIDED copies are to be sent to Widerkehr and Associates (North America and Europe) or to the Business Center for Academic Societies Japan (all countries except North America and Europe).
