Registration Guidelines
The VLSI Symposia encourages all participants to register online. All payments must be made in Japanese Yen by credit card or bank transfer. To avoid any trouble, please DO NOT register more than once.
Advance registration is encouraged. The deadline for the Early Registration is May 11. On or after May 12, and on or before May 29, registration will be processed only at the Late Registration fee.
The final advance registration deadline is May 29, 2015. After May 29 please register on-site.

(2) Payment
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen by credit card or bank transfer. Please complete the payments no later than May 11 for the Early Registration. The Late Registration fees are requested to be paid before May 29, 2015.

2. Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB).
Only cash (Japanese Yen) or credit cards will be accepted at the onsite Registration Desk.
(3) Confirmation
If you have paid the registration fee by credit card, payment confirmation will be sent to the registered e-mail address automatically.
If you pay the fee by bank transfer, a reply e-mail will be sent to the registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, payment confirmation will be sent by the Secretariat.
Please print out the payment confirmation e-mail and present at the registration desk to receive the Symposium materials and a printed receipt.
If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Secretariat.
(4) Cancellation
If written notice of cancellation reaches the Japanese Secretariat:

| After May 29, 2015 | 100% of the amount of payment (no refund.) Symposium materials will be sent after the Symposia. |
All refunds will be made after the Symposia.
A bank handling charge will be deducted from the amount of refund respectively.
