Registration

All payments must be in US dollars, checks drawn on a US bank will be accepted, bank transfers will be accepted.

Cancellation

All refund/cancellation requests must be received in writing to vlsireg@ieee.org by 14 June 2020. There will be an administrative fee of US$100 deducted from each refund.

Substitution/Transfer Policy

All requests to substitute another person on an existing registration must be submitted in writing to the following email address vlsireg@ieee.org no later than 10 June 2020.
