Symposia Registration All who wish to attend the 2001 VLSI Symposia and Short Courses should complete either one of following Registration Forms and send it to the Japanese Secretariat or to the US Secretariat with the registration fee. Advance registration is encouraged. The advance registration deadline is April 25, 2001. (1) Payment in Japanese Yen (PDF, MS Word) 1. Bank transfer to VLSI Symposium. (Bank account info in Japanese)   2. Bank draft or company check in Japanese Yen payable to the order of the 2001 VLSI Symposium. Personal checks are not acceptable.   3. Major credit cards. (2) Payment in US Dollar (PDF, MS Word) Payment in Japanese yen is strongly encouraged through the Japanese Secretariat by the use of internationally recognized credit cards. However, for special cases where payment in US dollars is more convenient or required, please remit payment through the US Secretariat. Please contact the US Secretariat concerning any unusual circumstances or methods of payments. ON-SITE REGISTRATION Only cash (Japanese Yen) or credit cards will be accepted at the on-site Registration Desk. REGISTRATION FEE The symposium registration fee covers the symposium attendance, a copy of the technical digest, breakfasts, coffee breaks, reception and dinner. Student registration fee of each symposium does not include dinner. This fee will be applied on or before May 18 and on-site.
