Registration Information

By Mail Or By Fax

If you wish to register by Mail or Fax, you may access the pdf of the registration form. All payments must be in US dollars, only checks drawn on a US bank will be accepted, no payments in yen and no bank transfers will be accepted.

Advance registration is encouraged. The deadline for advance registration is May 24, 2016 (9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard time). From May 25 to June 1, you may still register online, but at the on-site rates.

Registration Fee

*Symposium registration includes technical digest of Symposium registered for and electronic version of both Technology and Circuits digest
*For the Circuits Short Courses, attendees will be able to move back and forth between the two programs.
*Student registration fee for Symposium on VLSI Technology and Circuits includes the Joint Banquet.

Payment

All payments must be made in US dollars by credit card. VLSI accepts American Express, Mastercard and Visa. Please complete the payments no later than May 24, 2016 for the Advance Registration. The deadline for advance registration is May 24, 2016 (9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard time). From May 25 to June 1, you may still register online, but at the on-site rates. For registering on-site, VLSI will accept credit cards, checks drawn on a US bank in US dollars and cash.

Cancellation

In order to receive a refund, you must notify the Secretariat USA in writing no later than May 24, 2016. There is a cancellation fee of $30.00.   After May 24, 2016, there will be no refund. Your materials will sent after the Symposia. All refunds will be made after the Symposia.
