Registration Guidelines
The VLSI Symposia encourages all participants to register online. All payments must be made in Japanese Yen by credit card or bank transfer. To avoid any trouble, please DO NOT register more than once.
The deadline for online registration is July 31 (23:59 JST) (extended).
* Online registration will be suspended from May 10 (10:00 JST) to May 14 (10:00 JST) due to system settings for a virtual format.
* Please note that the payment deadline by bank transfer is May 31, 2021.
(1) Registration Fee
All deadline dates are in Japan Standard Time.

*1: Only the main symposium attendee can attend Panel.

The virtual format of Silicon Nanoelectronics Workshop is different from VLSI Symposia.

(2) Payment
All payments must be made in Japanese Yen by credit card or bank transfer.
Please complete the payments no later than May 10 for registrants before May 10.
The payment by bank transfer are requested to be paid before May 31, 2021. We will accept payments only by credit card on and after June 1, 2021.
*For receipt, you can download the PDF of receipt from your registration account after online registration and payment.

2. Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB).
(3) Confirmation
If you have paid the registration fees by credit card, a payment confirmation e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically.
If you pay the registration fees by bank transfer, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address. After confirming your payment, a payment confirmation e-mail will be sent by the Secretariat.
If you do not receive any e-mail message within 24 hours, please contact the Secretariat.
(4) Log in ID and password for Virtual format

*The virtual format of Silicon Nanoelectronics Workshop is different from VLSI Symposia. Log in ID and password will be announced by the secretariat of Silicon Nanoelectronics Workshop.
(5) Cancellation
In case of cancellation, please send a message by email to the Secretariat Japan.
The following cancellation fees will apply based on the date when the Secretariat Japan receives your cancellation notification.

Refunds will be made after the Symposia.
A bank handling charge will be deducted from the amount of refund respectively.
