Registration

The VLSI Symposia again offers online registration. All who wish to attend the 2014 VLSI Symposia and Short Courses should register online. All payments must be made in US dollars by credit card. There is no payment in Japanese Yen.

If you wish to register by Mail or Fax, you may access the pdf of the registration form to the right of the screen. All payments must be in US dollars, only checks drawn on a US bank will be accepted, no payments in yen and no bank transfers will be accepted.

Advance registration is encouraged. The deadline for advance registration is May 24, 2014 (9:00 a.m. Eastern Standard time). After May 24, 2014 please register on-site. If you decide to register on-site, then there is a one time fee of $75.00 in addition to your registration fees.

*For the Circuits Short Courses, attendees will be able to move back and forth between the two programs.

*Student registration fee for Symposium on VLSI Technology and Circuits includes the Joint Banquet.

All payments must be made in US dollars by credit card. VLSI accepts American Express, Mastercard and Visa. Please complete the payments no later than May 24, 2014 for the Advance Registration. After May 24, 2014 you must register on-site. For registering on-site, VLSI will accept credit cards, checks drawn on a US bank in US dollars and cash.

In order to receive a refund, you must notify the Secretariat USA in writing no later than May 24, 2014. There is a cancellation fee of $30.00.

 After May 24, 2014, there will be no refund. Your materials will sent after the Symposia. All refunds will be made after the Symposia.

All foreign participants must have a valid passport.
